Our prewired harness for most guitars uses calibrated Customordered pots and USA made toggle switches. As you can see the wiring is extremely organized and neat. This gives you a better current flow for good tone and quiet electronics. The capacitors are LUXE and modern style High Quality caps.

Many players are finding modern Les Pauls to be dull sounding, lacking in tonal character and are not happy with pot tapers. This is all due to the use of inferior grade 300k linear taper pots. These pots can choke off the high-end, making the tone dull and "stuffy", and render the pot tapers less than optimal. The modern wiring also tends to dampen the high-end.

The 50's style wiring, and the CTS 500k audio taper pots that are used in our kits help to give your guitar its maximum tone, while retaining high-end frequencies when turning down your guitar's volume controls. This is a vast improvement over the "modern" wiring, as it allows you to actually use your volume controls without your tone turning to mud. Like many things from the 50's, you'll wonder why they ever changed from it in the first place!

Prewired Assembly Strat* Modern Blender

This is a Blender assembly for Statocaster guitars. It will drop in to most Mexican or American Fender Strats with no modification.

Strat Blender Wiring is a unique and simple way to achieve multiple Strat pickup
configurations and tones without drilling holes for switches and push pull pots. It
uses a custom made CTS Blender Pot that acts as a True Bypass in the circuit
when turned completely clockwise. A regular pot wouldn’t work for this
application because you would still hear the other pickup bleed through. Here’s
how it works…

A Standard 5-Way Strat has 1 volume and 2 tones. The Blender wiring has 1
volume, 1 master tone, and a Blender pot. In the neck position you can blend the
bridge pickup in as much as you want. In the bridge position you can blend the
neck pickup in as much as you want. In positions 2 and 4 you can have all three
pickups on at once. The nicest part about it is the fact of it being so user friendly.
